Assessment Services

Establishing and managing an Information Portfolio represents a significant investment. Balanced Insight will assist you in building a blueprint and roadmap to set your enterprise on the right course in delivering and managing a high value Information Portfolio. Our assessment services are geared to quickly provide you with actionable recommendations; enabling your team to transition to a “rapid time to value” organization by leveraging your strengths and mitigating any issues, risks, and weaknesses.

Our assessments are typically completed in four to eight weeks and include an internal quality assurance review by a Balanced Insight advisor not directly involved in the effort. Each assessment consists of information gathering, analysis, recommendations, action plan, and final knowledge transfer presentation.

The information gathering is accomplished through a series of interviews with business and technical stakeholders, along with the review of supporting documentation. This information is then analyzed to provide an assessment of the organization, process, and architecture based on our information portfolio management best practices. Our findings are then documented and formally presented to your leadership team and key stakeholders.
