Balanced Insight Consensus® Contributor

Balanced Insight Consensus Contributor course is an introduction course. The course structure is a mixture of demonstrations and hands on exercises of the many Consensus components. Topics covered in this course, include defining business intelligence requirements, converting requirements into user friendly business models, generating working business intelligence solutions from your business models, and organizing your solution repository. This course follows an agile business intelligence best practices flow based a simulated BI project. All the basic knowledge required to get started with Consensus is covered in this course.

Balanced Insight Consensus® Approver

In the “Approver” training module, individuals will learn how to approve or reject business requirements, designs and rules as part of the overall business alignment process. Balanced Insight Consensus Approver course is an introduction course. The course structure is a mixture of demonstrations and hands on exercises of the Consensus approval and alignment components. Topics covered in this course, include defining business intelligence artifacts, establishing approval workflows, facilitating resolution for rejected artifacts, and improving business intelligence solutions with approved and aligned semantics. This course follows a business intelligence alignment best practices flow based a simulated BI project. All the basic knowledge required to get started with as a Consensus Approver and Facilitator is covered in this course.

Balanced Insight Consensus® Administrator

This module will teach the “Administrator” how to set up and maintain the Balanced Insight Consensus® environment. Specifically they will learn how to enroll users, establish approval workflows, establish workspaces, execute specific job schedules (notification, approval, and publish), and modify key templates (notification, naming standards, glossary lookups).
